Ningbo Yunsheng Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yunsheng Company, the Company) is a national high-tech enterprise, Top 100 Electronic Information Enterprise, and an enterprise with Post-doctoral Research Station. It holds more than ten subsidiaries respectively engaged in scientific research, production and operation, including Ningbo Yunsheng High-tech Magnetics Co., Ltd., Ningbo Yunsheng Auto Electric, Inc., Nikko Electric Industry Co, Ningbo Yunsheng High-tech Research Institute. On October 30, 2000, the Company was listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange with the short form of "Ningbo Yunsheng".

The main business scope of the Company is production and operation of NdFeB permanent-magnetic materials, serinette, auto electrics, starters, elastic components and gifts,marketed in more than 20 countries and areas. The Company has developed more than five generations and 40 types of serinettes, and obtained over 40 national and international patents. These products are comparable with the advanced level of like products in the world in technical parameters, and have won Golden Award in the Brussels Eureka World Invention Exposition. The "Robotic Automatic Flexible Assembly Line of Serinette Cassette Mechanism" - the National 863 Project jointly developed by the technicians of the Company and professionals from Shanghai University, is awarded the "First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress" of Zhejiang Province. Automatic frequency modulator, which is claimed as "the nuclear weapon for serinette production", is the achievement of Yunsheng's technicians after six years of research. It actualizes a high degree automation of serinette production. Now, the domestic market share of Yunsheng serinette is 95%, and international occupancy rate is above 50%. The Company has become the largest production and export base of serinettes in the world.

NdFeB permanent magnetic material is another leading product of Yunsheng Company. It is a kind of high-tech material just developed in the past decade, and has been widely used in national defense, medical treatment and electronic information. Yunsheng Company started NdFeB production in March of 1996. During all these years, the Company keeps intensifying technical innovation and improving sintering technology and equipment for NdFeP materials. As a result, both product quality and performance have achieved great progress. Through independent research and development, the Company has obtained more than 10 patents and undertaken two "National 863 Projects". The "Research of High-performance Sintered NdFeB Permanent Magnetic Material" won the First Scientific and Technological Prize of Zhejiang Province. Furthermore, Yunsheng Company actively implements the country's Western Development Strategy. By setting up the mid and high-grade NdFeB production base in Baotou City (the supply base for rare earth raw materials), the Company further improves its market competitiveness.

Production and operation of elastic components, mechanical parts and accessories is another speciality of Yunsheng Company. These products find their wide application in luxury cars and winding machines. In 2008, the technology won the second prize of national technological innovation in 2007.

In March of 2000, Yunsheng Company set foot on the R&D, production and selling of auto electric products. The annual capacity of auto motors has reached 1.5 million pcs. As the leader in China's auto motor export industry, Yunsheng Company sells products to America, Europe, Middle East and Southeast Asia. On the solid foundation of traditional auto motors, the Company cooperates with name-brand companies inside and outside the country to develop energy-saving and environmental friendly hybrid motors, gathering force for the new rapid growth circle.

Yunsheng Company is also dedicated to the research and development of servo motor and automatic control peripheral devices. Owing to its strong technical force, the Company successfully developed servo motor within a single year, which broke up the monopoly of foreign countries, and solved the import substitution problem.
